As a **Product Owner (Data and Analytics), Sustainability Reporting**,** you will
- Drive the uplift in organisational capability associated with the requirements of Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards, with a focus on understanding the current and future sustainability data needs of the Enterprise.
- Support the sourcing of data and solution design and build by working closely with Business Units and data and technology teams.
- Define and manage the development backlogs.
- Assess the data requirements to meet the ASRS compliance; and lead the data products development process in conjunction with DD&A.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure that the data products meet the needs of key stakeholders.
- Partner with a wide range of vendors to identify and source required data and capabilities.
- Ensure the data quality including the accuracy, completeness, and relevance; and outputs comply with all relevant legal and compliance standards.
- Ensure the successful delivery of Sustainability data products that contribute to delivering on NAB's Climate Strategy.
- Support the development of an integrated plan to deliver reporting in line with ASRS requirements.

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a senior Data Scientist/Analytics role with exposure to Product Ownership; and ideally knowledge/understanding of Australian Sustainability Reporting Requirements (AASB S1 & S2) and the Australian climate data landscape.
- Proven experience in Agile delivery working with cross functional squads coupled with applied commercial analytics skills and exposure to data delivery projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and influence at a variety of seniority levels.
- Experience developing, articulating, and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieve the intended outcomes.
- Strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data and make strategic decisions.
