PEXA's world-first property settlement experience is already trusted by more than 9,400 conveyancers and banks in Australia, and we've helped transact over AU$1 trillion of property value with a faster, safer and more efficient experience.

We're building on this success with a new start-up division to take this revolution to the world, leading with the UK. With the backing of 10 years' experience in Australia, a LEAN mindset, big ambitions and best-in-class tech partners, our greenfield platform is being built for global scale.

The Product Owner for API & Reporting is responsible for two critical parts of PEXA International's products; our external-facing APIs (and developer experience) that allow financial service providers, conveyancers, land registries and central banks to integrate with us with ease and confidence; and our reporting and insights suite, that will help our customers optimise their property transaction workflows through rich data, reporting and insight products.

The role provides leadership to the product delivery team and providing strategic input into the International product roadmap. The Product Owner has a deep understanding of the objectives and strategic drivers for the investment in the platform. Customer focused, they are passionate about creating a brilliant customer experience for all members and are a trusted advisor to the General Manager, International Product and Chief Product Officer UK.

With strong leadership skills, the Product Owner sets out both the vision and roadmap for PEXA International's API and Insights domains, our data & analytics architecture and operational resilience, and motivates the squad to deliver on the same. A true agile practitioner, the Product Owner is confident to prioritise and make decisions quickly. The Product Owner is passionate about delivering a superior customer (and developer) experience and first-class technology and is keen to take on a leadership role within PEXA to demonstrate how features of a new product have been designed and developed.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide leadership and expertise to the API and Insights delivery squad, including ownership of the vision and roadmap for our external APIs and developer experience and insights / reporting products that allow customers to track and analyse their property transactions
- Drive the product design and direction by providing an actionable product roadmap, based on business and customer value.
- Collaborate with our UK customer integration teams, and directly with prospective customers and members, to gain insights to shape the roadmap and feature prioritisation.
- Identify opportunities and provide insights around market and customer needs across user segments.
- Develop product features and requirements to be included in the offering.
- Keep the delivery team accountable to the design/build requirements.
