**About the role**:
With a clear focus to enhance our position as Australia's leading online Contractor Management system, we are investing heavily into the growth of our team.

As a key part of this growth, we are looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with our Design and Engineering teams to expand our product offerings.

You will be responsible for managing the backlog for your product area, as well as contribute to the roadmap and overall product strategy.

This is a highly collaborative and visible role that will require you to work across all teams in the business during the multiple phases of product discovery and delivery.

You will be the point person of an agile development team to conceptualise, build and deliver great products for our customers, and will also work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to bring products and features to market.

You will be contributing to the overall Product Management function at Cm3, and our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. You will be empowered to bring your unique perspective and expertise to the advancement of our ecosystem of risk solutions and deliver meaningful client outcomes.

**About you**:

- Some experience as a Product Owner/Manager, working in a customer-focused and fast-paced agile environment
- Proficiency in developing user stories and acceptance criteria from customer or business requirements.
- Understanding of modern agile discovery and delivery processes and the ability to drive change through existing practices.
- The ability to work with "go to market" teams to ensure launch readiness and the success of our products and customers
- Experience driving a roadmap based on customer feedback
- Experience with experimentation frameworks along with data-driven decision-making
- A strong team player, happy to share knowledge and collaborate with others
