As a **Product Owner, Climate Data & Insights in Physical Risk and Natural Capital**, you will
- Support the design and delivery of climate data foundations to measure bank's exposure to acute and chronic physical risks associated with climate change and to calculate customer impact on natural capital to help customers to become more resilient and to build sustainable businesses
- Define and manage the development backlog along with leading the data product development process in conjunction with DD&A
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure that the data products meet the needs of key stakeholders
- Partner with a wide range of vendors to identify and source required data and capabilities
- Ensure the data quality including the accuracy, completeness, and relevance; and outputs comply with all relevant legal, compliance and ethical standards
- Actively engage with all stages of data product lifecycle and successfully deliver Climate data products
- Assess resourcing requirements to deliver Climate data products and contribute to developing capabilities to meet the Climate transition strategy needs

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Product Owner role with proven experience/background in Data Science/Data Analytics
- Experience in Agile delivery working with cross functional squads coupled with applied commercial analytics skills
- Exposure to data delivery projects would be preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and influence at a variety of seniority levels
- Experience developing, articulating, and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieve the intended outcomes
- Strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Demonstrated ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing
