We're partnering with a well-established, values-led disability organisation to help find their next Partnerships & Growth Manager.
This is a rare opportunity to combine business development, fundraising and relationship-building skills in a role where the impact is immediate and deeply meaningful.
The Role Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play a key part in shaping the organisation's future.
Your focus will be on: Growing participation - attracting new people with disability into programs and employment opportunities.Securing funding - winning major donors and grants through foundations, corporates, government and philanthropists.Expanding partnerships - building relationships with schools and corporate partners to grow inclusive initiatives across the region.
This is a part-time role (3–4 days/week) offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to see the direct results of your work.
About You We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and turning opportunities into results.
Ideally you've come from the NFP or similar sector and you'll share these qualities: Passion for inclusion and purpose-led workExperience in business development, partnerships or fundraisingStrong local networks (or enthusiasm to build them) in or near the Northern BeachesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident working with independenceEnergised by seeing tangible impact from your efforts Whether you're an experienced fundraiser or a corporate professional looking to use your skills for good, this is a role where your work will change lives.
