ResponsibilitiesDesigns, implements and owns Regional account-based marketing plans, rooted in research and insights.
Includes development of timelines, budgets, SF campaign management and execution of deliverables, including obtaining the appropriate approvals and development of creative briefsDrives brand awareness, customer acquisition, expansion and retention aligned with sales and partner prioritiesDeliverables of integrated marketing campaigns may include digital/social ads, events, OOH, signage, video, collateral, website content, email nurture campaigns, PR, articles, blogs, podcasts, and other customer-facing sales enablement materialsDeeply understands each Region and their customers' pain points, as well as WWT's overall go-to-market strategy, associated solutions, markets served, service offerings and strategic partnersIn partnership with the Sales Marketing Directors/VPs, advise sales leadership on the best marketing and media mix to deliver against their core value proposition and priority GTMs, to drive positive business resultsDevelops messaging and content deliverables that articulate World Wide Technology's capabilities, working vertically and horizontally to create better consistency and messaging across brand, solution and sales marketingDirects agencies to develop and ensure flawless execution of marketing campaignsLeads/Assists in market research and competitive benchmarkingWorks in partnership with the Event Marketing Team to develop exceptional company and customer eventsDevelops and manages relationships with key sales and other marketing stakeholders that are internal clients of the Sales Marketing Team.
This may include Sales leadership, Services leadership, Engineering leadership, and other key executivesManages marketing dashboard and set, track and analyze marketing efforts with regular qualitative and quantitative-driven check-ins with leadershipEnables and drive lead follow-up with sales and sales development teamsBuilds strong relationship with and collaborate with OEMs for the purpose of obtaining funding for campaignsAbility to forecast and report out on budgetary mattersUnderstands business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiencyTracks and helps drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding itemsMaintains a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients, and use the trends to make strategic recommendationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)Work ExperienceA minimum of 8 years\' progressive experience in a related fieldOther Work Experience8-10 years of Marketing experience with demonstrated success in developing strategies in direct, indirect, digital, field and account-based marketing programsManagement experience preferredOEM/Channel experience preferredB2B experience at a corporation or agency preferredExperience and/or knowledge of content and digital strategies to support the entire buyers\' journey -- from awareness through loyaltyProject management experience with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projectsKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesProficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, Marketing Platforms, and other key technologies)Ability to work independently and as a team across different departmentsAbility to analyze and interpret data- think strategically- and translate this thinking into recommendations and measurable actionsExcellent oral, written, and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong relationship building skillsThe well-being of WWT employees is essential.
