Business Development Manager

We are seeking a strategic business development specialist to lead initiatives that drive growth, fundraising, and partnerships.
The Role- Grow participation by attracting new individuals with disabilities into programs and employment opportunities.
- Secure funding through major donors and grants from foundations, corporates, government, and philanthropists.
- Expand partnerships by building relationships with schools and corporate partners to grow inclusive initiatives across the region.
This is a part-time role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to see the direct results of your work.

- Experience in business development, partnerships, or fundraising.
- Strong local networks (or enthusiasm to build them) in or near Port Macquarie, Australia.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident working with independence.
