Senior Recruitment Consultant - Public Practice Accounting | TAP

Business Services Manager position available in a Public Practice Accounting firm in Sydney.

Pathway to partnership, 140k + Super + Bonus & WFH flexibility

This role is available for qualified and experienced public practice chartered accountants.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Engaging with top-tier clients.
  • Running a small onshore and offshore team
  • Overseeing and delegating work

About You

  • Experienced in a professional services accounting role for 5+ years providing corporate finance and tax advice; consulting to a broad range of clients
  • A qualified CA/CPA or equivalent
  • Someone who has had extensive exposure to larger client groups and sophisticated business structures with multiple entities and technical complexity
  • An engaged people leader with internal management experience
