As Bar Manager, you'll take ownership of the bar, ensuring an inviting and dynamic space where guests feel at home while delivering seamless service. With a focus on bar operations and systems, compliance, and exceptional people skills, you'll play a key role in the success of this bustling, late-night venue.

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience in bar management, ideally in high-volume or late-night venues.
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, including prep, batching, and creative menu development.
- Excellent understanding of venue systems, compliance, and licensing regulations specific to late-night operations.
- Confident, approachable, and skilled at building relationships with guests and staff.
- A passion for hospitality, creativity, and innovation in beverages.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a professional and hands-on approach.\

**What You'll Do**
- Take ownership of the bar, creating an inviting and vibrant environment for late-night guests.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of bartenders to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Assist in the development and execute seasonal cocktail menus, incorporating creative techniques and premium ingredients.
- Manage stock, cellar operations, and ordering with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, RSA, and late-night venue regulations.
- Work closely with senior management to align the beverage program with Pleasure Club's ethos.
- Use exceptional people skills to build relationships with staff, regulars, and new guests.
- Maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
