Bartender/Bar Supervisor

**WANTED** | OUTPOST BAR | BROULEE, NSW

Dark, moody, and a little rebellious - join the crew at Broulee's newest small bar.

Location: Broulee, NSW

Position Type: Casual / Part-Time

Experience: 2-3 years minimum

RSA: Must hold current NSW RSA

WHO ARE WE?

Outpost Bar is opening soon in Broulee, and we're not your average coastal watering hole.

With a nod to the spirit of Ned Kelly, our space is dark, moody, and dripping in eclectic art, built for those who appreciate a little edge with their elegance. We're bringing together craft cocktails, local South Coast brews on tap, a killer Australian wine list, and share-style tapas made with fresh, local produce.

Small and intimate (30-40 seats), Outpost is the kind of place where strangers become mates, and every drink tells a story.

WHO YOU ARE:
You're a seasoned cocktail bartender (2-3 years behind the bar) who knows how to balance flavours and atmosphere. Whether it's mixing a classic Old Fashioned or riffing on a native twist, you bring creativity, confidence, and a love for the craft.

You're calm, unpretentious, and thrive in low-lit, high-vibe environments. You know how to read the room, set the tone, and keep the experience smooth from first sip to last.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Shake, stir, pour and plate drinks that match the moody energy of the venue
- Serve up our rotating selection of South Coast craft beers and bold Aussie wines
- Keep things polished behind the bar while being relaxed and personable out front
- Contribute to cocktail ideas and bar direction as we grow
- Be a key part of a small team shaping something fresh and exciting in Broulee
