What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and executing a creative drinks program that defines the venue's identity
Leading daily bar operations with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
Recruiting, training, and inspiring a passionate team to deliver standout service
Driving a positive, performance-driven culture that values fun and professionalism
Managing stock, ordering, and cost controls to keep the business strong
Collaborating with theatre and events teams to create memorable guest experiences
What We're Looking For:
A seasoned hospitality professional with 3–5 years' experience in cocktail bars or late-night venues
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and bar trends — with the creativity to innovate
A natural leader who thrives in a high-energy, guest-focused environment
Operational smarts: stock control, compliance, rostering, and cost management
Calm under pressure, proactive, and an excellent communicator
RSA certification (essential)
