About the Role:_**

This position supports the safety and operations functions of our business by providing reporting, data entry and general administrative assistance. Working closely with our Health and Safety Manager, your role will involve, but not be limited to, the following:

- Document and policy drafting
- Data entry and maintenance of HSE Systems
- Liaising with site-based team members and monitoring safety submissions
- General administrative duties and ad hoc tasks required by Health and Safety Manager

This position is offered on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, based out of our Perth Branch location.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

- Prior experience in an administrative support role
- Exposure to WHS standards and a keen interest in working within the safety space
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
