This role plays a vital behind-the-scenes part in helping our business uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance.

About the Role

An administration position that provides critical support to the HSEQ Coordinator and team, ensuring accurate maintenance of records, registers, and compliance documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, tracking expiry dates, and providing prompt administrative assistance.

  • Maintain and update training records, safety documentation, audit results, and compliance registers
  • Prepare and format reports, meeting agendas, incident summaries, and communications
  • Track expiry dates for licenses, training, and certifications — and issue reminders
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in safety management systems and spreadsheets
  • File and manage documentation related to audits, inspections, and incident reports
  • Book training, assist with document control, and reception overflow as needed

We are looking for an experienced administrator who possesses strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience in an administration role (e.g. safety admin, compliance admin, office admin)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Comfortable working with sensitive or confidential information
