They're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join them and help continue to set the standard in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tenant and Landlord Relations: Foster positive relationships, promptly addressing their needs
- Leasing: Manage end-to-end leasing process for smooth transitions
- Maintenance: Coordinate property upkeep to maintain excellent condition
- Financial Management: Handle budgeting, rent collection, and reporting accurately
- Compliance: Stay informed and ensure properties meet legal standards
- Vendor Management: Oversee service providers for efficient delivery
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections for quality maintenance
- Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain open communication

**Skills**:

- Minimum 12 months of property management experience
- Proficiency in property management software and tools
- Strong understanding of property laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Real estate registration
