We are a family-run boutique agency business in Safety Bay, offering a good fun atmosphere.
We manage a small portfolio of 100+ properties and have 1 Senior Property Manager.
We don't micro-manage our workforce if they are effectively performing their duties.
As we grow, we need to add a new team member with flexible arrangements suitable for property management Mums.
Qualifications & Experience
At least 2 years of experience in Property Management and familiarity with the PropertyMe Software System.
Ideal Candidate
Professional communication skills
Ability to create and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
High attention to detail and care in work
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to multitask in a sometimes fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
Shows initiative
Ability to work both with guidance and autonomously
Flexible hours for working from home during school holidays or when children are sick
Own medium-sized vehicle with all expenses covered
