**What you'll do**:

- Work with the Creator Lead to drive education and initiatives at scale for top Creators & Publishers in Australia with 1:1 guidance and management
- Onboard Creators for key moments and trends throughout the year, working closely with the Editorial team
- Daily support and communication with creators, publishers in Australia
- Develop and manage IRL Creator events from beginning to end
- Creator invoicing and contract management
- Track the latest trends and most inspirational content from Creators on Pinterest
- Leverage analytical tools to provide business insights to Creator and XFN partner teams

**What we're looking for**:

- 1+ year of influencer and Creator management experience
- A passion for social media, trends and all things Creators, especially Gen Z creators
- Has strong existing relationships and understanding of the Creator landscape in Australia
- Self motivated and able to work across many different partner teams
- Has a willingness to learn and is adaptable to change
