We pride ourselves on blending creativity, culture, and strategy to deliver impactful campaigns.We're looking for a Content Creator to join our Sydney team.
This is a hands-on creative role, perfect for someone with a mix of design, video, and social media skills who's keen to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced agency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & DesignCreate visually engaging assets for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.Design client pitch decks and internal presentations.Shoot and edit content for events, campaigns, and activations (primarily on phone).
Video ProductionEdit short-form content using apps such as CapCut.Edit more advanced video projects in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (desirable).
Support larger-scale video productions with creative input and on-set assistance.Social Media & Community ManagementHelp plan and write content calendars across social platforms.Manage community interactions, including monitoring and responding to comments.Stay across trends to bring fresh ideas into content execution.Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account service teams to bring ideas to life.Assist with ad-hoc creative requests and campaign support.About You1–3 years' experience in content creation, social media, or a similar creative role (agency experience a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut essential; Premiere Pro and After Effects a bonus).
Confident shooting content on phone, with an eye for framing and storytelling.Strong copywriting and content planning skills (or willingness to learn)Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.Passionate about digital culture, trends, and social platforms.What We OfferA collaborative team environment in our North Sydney office (1 day WFH flexibility).
