Do you want your creative work to have a lasting impact on young lives and faith journeys? CRU is looking for a talented Content Creator to join our Communications teamAbout The Role As our Content Creator, you'll be at the heart of CRU's mission—capturing the energy, emotion, and purpose of our camps and ministry activities.
You'll photograph and film key events, edit engaging short-form videos, write compelling copy, and collaborate with camp teams to bring CRU's brand to life.
Key Responsibilities Capture and edit visual content from CRU camps and events.
Create short-form videos for social media platforms.
Write engaging copy for web, print, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with staff and volunteers to uncover powerful stories.
Manage content projects from concept to delivery.
Maintain organised archives of visual assets.
About You A strong and growing Christian faith, aligned with CRU's mission.
Skilled in photography, videography, and Adobe software (Lightroom, Premiere).
Experienced in social media content creation and marketing.
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
Able to build rapport with children and camp teams.
Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or 2+ years in a similar role.
Current driver's licence and Working With Children Check.

Travel to CRU Galston Gorge and CRU Lake Mac campsites as needed.
