Responsibilities

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything related to TikTok LIVE. This includes content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns, and ensuring a fun and safe environment for all LIVE users.

  1. You will be responsible for acquiring creators, community growth, and activation in TikTok LIVE. This role offers an opportunity to grow TikTok LIVE collaboratively while building strong relationships with creators.
  2. Develop strategies for acquiring creators, growing, and revitalizing the community based on market and competition research.
  3. Plan and execute partnership initiatives with creators.
  4. Manage activities related to creators' LIVE distribution.
  5. Create manuals and community guidelines for creators.
  6. Conduct creator showcases.
  7. Manage goals and KPIs, and analyze data.
  8. Plan and implement other related measures.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong interest and understanding of the LIVE streaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in an international and diverse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the LIVE streaming industry.
  • Experience in sales or business development within the IT or media industries.
  • Experience in building and managing a team from scratch.
  • Business-level proficiency in English.
