**DESCRIPTION / OPPORTUNITY**

The Creator Success Account Executive is responsible for recruiting and activating creators in Australia. They will work closely with each influencer to empower them with the best information, education and insights needed to learn how to use the LTK tools, scale their business and grow their earnings. This role will involve strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the influencer market in Australia in order to identify potential growth opportunities that will inform creator development and expansion strategies.

The CS Account Executive will also be required to assist creators on building out their LTK storefronts and will support the CS lead on all marketing and communications initiatives including but not limited to EDMs and LTK Australia's social media strategy.

This individual must ensure that they can interpret data and present it back accurately and appropriately. They must ensure that all reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion. This position requires an individual who can work well under pressure and is flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary. The number one quality we are looking for is someone with intrinsic motivation to get work done.

Other responsibilities will include assisting with ad hoc projects for brand partners and creators including events, gifting and any other tasks that will be required from time to time.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Creator Recruitment and Onboarding**
- Create prospecting lists of creators across multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, based off of quarterly targets
- Educate creators on the full suite of LTK's tools, app and service offering through regular calls and meetings;
- Communicate regularly with creators via events and outbound communications;
- Support creators by helping to build out their storefronts on the LTK app.

**Creator Growth**
- Work closely with the CS Lead to understand our creators' business objectives and strategies. Support CS lead by creating performance overview decks on their LTK business and recommending tactics that will help them meet/exceed their goals..
- Identify trends through analytics and deliver this data to creators in a clear and effective manner with the ultimate goal of enhancing the influencer's strategy;
- Support the LTK team in event logistics including outfit selects, curation of guest lists and management of RSVPs.

**LTK Marketing & Communications**
- Help build out and maintain Marketing Calendar for ANZ social channels.
- Support on content creation for the LTK Australia Instagram and TikTok handles showcasing local creators;
- Respond to any direct messages and oversea support of technical issues raised;

**Skills**
- Excellent oral and written communication;
- Organized and self motivated;
- Client focussed and comfortable with people;
- Up to date on industry developments, paying particular attention to creator trends, new social media platforms, consumer behavior, and data/analytics trends tools.
- A strong understanding of the creator landscape in Australia and how creators use their platforms. Experience in this space or existing network helps.
- Strong organizational skills and follow through. Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail to routinely understand data and produce high quality presentations and strategy.
- Passion for content creation and creator marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small and almost start-up environment
- Willingness to complete tasks assigned to them with little notice.
- Confident, friendly with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable understanding data and what it means (you do not need to be able to source this data, just understand it)
- Communication skills are highly valued as it involves many creator-facing meetings and calls.
