We have something to suit everyone's tastes.We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Cold Larder team as Junior Sous ChefIn this role, you will:Assist the Chef De Cuisine with successful daily operations.Lead and coach team members to maintain high standards.Support training initiatives, including HACCP procedures.Contribute to budget preparation and management.Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and taste.Apply your experience from premium hotel environments to elevate service and culinary standards.About YouYou'll bring the following:Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.Demonstrated experience in people management and team development.Proven background working in 4- or 5-star hotel kitchens, with a strong understanding of luxury service expectations.Experience in training and empowering others to achieve excellence.Strong knowledge and commitment to equal opportunity, ethical practice, and occupational health and safety.Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.QualificationsCertificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery.Additional InformationTo be successful, you'll be able to provide a certificate 3 This role requires full availability.
