Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a premium or fine dining restaurant.
  • Food Cleanliness: Strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Leadership and Team Player Skills: A passion for training and developing talented culinary individuals who will be the future leaders within the business.
  • Effective Communication: Skills in fostering honesty and transparency, with the ability to provide timely updates.
  • Health & Safety Commitment: Knowledge of Food Safety standards and WHS regulations.
