**About the Role**
This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity based at our NSW Branch. This role is responsible for providing a high level of service and administrative support for the NSW Branch Training Committee and related College groups, ensuring that the needs of RANCZP members are being met. Key tasks include:
- Respond to training enquiries from members of the College, and the public, finding a resolution to and/or escalating enquires as appropriate.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing, and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, and other documentation, and monitoring and progressing action items.
- Provide guidance and high-level secretariat support to the Branch Training Committee (BTC) and related external bodies on College regulations including accreditation.
- Attend and participate in college meetings and external meetings as required.
**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in a similar role/and or relevant tertiary qualifications in education, training or student administration.
- Excellent computer skills using MS Office programs, including Excel and a solid understanding of databases.
- Demonstrated high level administration skills, with an ability to manage time and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience within membership or nonprofit organisations is a plus, along with a passion for driving meaningful change in mental health care.
- Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.

- Salary range from $78,800 to $94,600 inclusive of superannuation and leave loading.
