About the Role
You will join our Study NSW team within the Industry and Investment branch in the Investment NSW group.
The Associate coordinates and delivers key Study NSW programs that promote NSW as a leading global education destination and support international student success. It involves managing competing priorities and tight deadlines while providing high-quality project and administrative support across a fast-paced, high-demand team environment.

As an integral part of the Study NSW team, the Associate helps to drive NSW Government priorities, with international education a key contributor to the NSW economy and skills pipeline.
This role will be responsible for managing the secretariat for the International Education Advisory Board and leading the delivery of the NSW EDUtech Conference 2026, to be held in June at the ICC.

We're Looking For

Project Management: Coordinate and deliver end-to-end project activities, including documentation, monitoring, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with StudyNSW goals. Governance: Support governance and board secretariat functions with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Assists in preparing meeting materials, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records.Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies, education providers, and peak bodies, to facilitate program delivery and support international education outcomes.Event Coordination: Lead and support the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars using digital platforms and technologies to promote NSW as a preferred international education destination.Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and emerging issues in the international education sector, contributing to data-driven project briefs and informed decision-making.
