**Description**:
As the Technical Support Manager at HMPS, based in Export Park, Adelaide, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic Sales team. This permanent, full time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide your technical expertise and assistance to our sales team while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Serving as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and pre-sales support for our bespoke solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, assess technical feasibility, and propose appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide product training and technical guidance to sales representatives and customers to enhance their understanding and utilisation of our products.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and capabilities of our automation solutions.
- Conduct site visits and assessments as needed to evaluate customer requirements, assess installation conditions, and provide recommendations for optimal equipment integration and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer support, to address technical inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical inquiries, and support activities using our CRM system to track and manage customer engagements effectively.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support or design role.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in understanding complex machinery and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing efficient solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement in technical support processes.
- Adept at managing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, site assessments, and training sessions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
