This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of a brand new multi-party, multi-disciplinary service hub for the provision of Family and Domestic Violence services based in Armadale. This innovative new service requires the skills of an experienced leader to bring their abilities to the fore with creativity and flair. The service model will see the creation of a blended, collaborative team, while adopting a trauma informed, culturally competent approach. As the FDV Manager, you will lead a culturally safe and integrated multi-disciplined service to provide support to people, particularly women and children who are experiencing family violence.
The role will ensure comprehensive, client-centred support, assistance and advocacy is being delivered to people experiencing the effects of family violence whilst developing and maintaining effective collaborative working relationships with other staff, agencies and service providers, networks, and other stakeholders.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Coordinating and supervising the delivery of the Service based in Armadale
- Overseeing the daily operations and coordination of activities
- Ensuring services are compliant working in the boundaries of the Family and Domestic Violence Common Risk Assessment Risk Management Framework

**Job Requirements**:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have the following:
- Social Service degree or diploma or significant relevant experience in leading and managing teams,
- experienced with stakeholder management,
- be able to demonstrate experience working with the Western Australian Family and Domestic Violence Common Risk Assessment
- have knowledge and experience working with survivors and perpetrators of Family and Domestic Violence
This role requires the following clearances:
- National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months)
- Working with Children Check and
- Current unrestricted WA Driver's licence
