**The Opportunity**

This opportunity is for a Development Manager or experienced Assistant Development looking for career progression to drive uplift and up-front value to developments through rezonings, town planning, and design. The development team is representing several funds across residential mixed-use apartments and industrial developments. This team primarily focuses on driving strong planning and design outcomes on projects whilst occasionally overseeing construction delivery.
