About the role

Based at the CMV Training Institute in Derrimut, this exciting prospect would suit an individual needing a new challenge and who is ready to create a sustainable continual improvement culture within the Dealerships. To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong presence and be an assertive leader, with exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.

Previous lean experience or awareness of lean techniques would be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a sustainable continuous improvement culture within the dealerships
- Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, Company safety, Quality, and Environmental standards, as well as all other Company policies and procedures
- Coach staff as well as senior management on lean principles and practices
- Implement 5S across the organisation focusing on Safety, Quality, and efficiency
- Devise and test solutions and roll out new ways of working
- Implement daily improvement meetings with an escalation process so that problems can be effectively addressed, and communication can flow throughout the organisation

Skills & Experience
- Preferred experience in previous Continuous Improvement / LEAN project management role/s
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Analytical, Problem-solving & skills
- Confident and personable communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial and Budget Management experience
- Project Management experience
- Ability to work on own initiative
