How will you support our "Why?"- Assist the customer service team in streamlining, automating and improving current processes and systems- Organise and run workshops with our staff to find inefficiencies in current workflows and processes- Take this information and analyse it for future enhancements and improvements- Write detailed system change scope documentation to be submitted to the development team to be executed- Project manage the life cycle of special projects- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques- Other tasks as required
