Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and the ability to create engaging and interactive learning assets such as PowerPoint presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
They will also be proficient in applying instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE, to ensure effective and learner-centric content delivery.
Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.
Create engaging and interactive learning assets, such as PowerPoint presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
Apply instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE, to ensure effective and learner-centric content delivery.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Pro and its applications in the business context.
Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Proficient in designing engaging content that caters to various learning styles and delivery formats.
Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.
