We are seeking an experienced
Course Developer
to join our team in designing and delivering high-quality training programs.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advanced formulas and functions in Excel, as well as experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Excel-based training.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and developing engaging and interactive learning assets, such as PowerPoint presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
Applying instructional design methodologies to ensure effective and learner-centric content delivery.
Developing training programs suitable for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments.
