About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Training Materials Developer to design and develop comprehensive training materials including course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training.
  • They will apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure effective and learner-centric content delivery.
  • The training programs should be suitable for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments.

You will stay up to date with the latest features in Microsoft Copilot Pro and evolving instructional design trends to continuously enhance learning outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing engaging and interactive learning assets such as PowerPoint presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
  • Creating training programs that cater to various learning styles and delivery formats.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality training materials.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Pro and its applications in the business context.
  • A strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in designing engaging content that caters to various learning styles and delivery formats.
  • Self-motivation and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.
