Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive learning assets such as PowerPoint presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure effective and learner-centric content delivery.
  • Develop training programs suitable for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in designing engaging content that caters to various learning styles and delivery formats.
