Training Program Developer

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-quality training programs that cater to the evolving needs of our organization.
- Create comprehensive training materials, including classroom presentations, virtual sessions, online modules, and training manuals, with a focus on engaging and interactive experiences for participants.
- Facilitate training sessions, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and that participants have ample opportunities to engage with course content.
- Manage the storage and maintenance of all training materials, as well as oversee the development of project plans to ensure timely delivery of required materials and deliverables.
- Conduct regular progress reports and develop post-training surveys to measure the effectiveness of our training initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Significant experience working with e-learning platforms and authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360.
- Excellent facilitation skills and attention to detail, with a keen eye for innovative approaches to learning.
