  • A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our organization as a Training Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a comprehensive training program focused on Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF).

  • As a key member of our team, you will work closely with subject matter experts, compliance, and business leaders to design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions that meet the needs of our employees.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations and best practices, as well as experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs from impact assessment to learning needs analysis, curriculum design, content creation, training delivery, effectiveness assessments, and embedding in Business As Usual (BAU) training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Previous experience as a Training Lead within a legal, financial, or professional services environment
