Our team are currently looking for a Terminal Duty Manager.

**What you'll do**:
This role collaborates with all key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will act as the focal communications hub for the Airport to provide a coordinated response to any situation and in doing so you ensure the airport continues to operate efficiently and safely.

This role spans Customer service and stakeholder management as well as holding responsibility for safety, security and emergency levels within the Terminal buildings are maintained to a high standard. lastly you are responsible for the management of the daily Terminal Operations.

**About you**:
You are someone who can evidence strong customer facing skills and experience in a highly complex environment and incident management experience both of which require excellent attention to detail. You are flexible in your approach, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Lastly you approach high pressure situations calmly and with composure.
