This is an exciting opportunity to join the Pinjarra Terminal Team as a strong leader responsible for driving site objectives, ensuring safety and compliance, and managing people and resources effectively.

You will be accountable for:

  • Driving site specific objectives that contribute to the wider LPG strategy
  • Ensuring a safe, well-maintained & compliant terminal and fleet
  • Driving business improvement, growth, financial performance, safety, risk assurance, and engagement
  • Maintaining compliance with internal and external audits, licenses, and regulatory bodies
  • Managing scheduled shutdowns and throughput issues

The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong leadership experience supervising staff in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a terminal or distribution site
  • Excellent people skills and ability to inspire results-driven behavior
  • Oil and gas terminal management experience with demonstrable results
  • A good understanding of gas or fuel logistics and transport principles and land transport legislation
