Are you a dymanic and hands on Reliability manager looking for a new and rewarding challenge? Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Reliability Manager will provide effective management of the maintenance services and Building compliance at the Canning Vale, WA site of Tip Top Bakeries. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and directing activities within our Maintenance team to empower them to the best they can be.
Purpose of the Role
- Identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant operations and ensuring continuity of production
- Responsible for driving team engagement and a culture of continuous improvement
- Crucial member of the site management team and plays a major part in driving operational excellence, cost reduction and productivity
- Ensure daily operation of the plant including Plant, Equipment, Services, Building & site services
- Manage the maintenance team to carry out agreed site work requirements while ensuring resources are optimised
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and lead by example - contribute and role model safety in all aspects of role performance
- Lead maintenance team to deliver a reduction in maintenance related Food Safety Incidents
- Plan, manage and execute Asset Health plan delivering Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) expenditure to budget and Site Capital projects to plan
- Promote, lead and actively support all continuous improvement (CI) programs

About You
- 5-10 years maintenance supervisory experience within manufacturing operations
- FMCG, food manufacturing preferable
- Proven skills and track record in Preventive Maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Demonstrated strong people leadership skills
- Strong safety mindset in all facets of work
