We are currently seeking a Reliability Manager to be based at our Tip Top Canning Vale Site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a dynamic and hands on role that is responsible for leading, coaching and directing activities within our Maintenance team.

Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of the Reliability Manager role is to drive our agenda of operational excellence, cost reduction and increased productivity.
- Deep understanding of HSE monitoring and auditing tools. Drives compliance with HSE requirements and a 'safety first' culture.
- Deliver all R&M and agreed capital programmes on time and within budget.
- Drive continuous improvement through the CI programme including RCAs and PDP projects
- Drive team engagement and provide energy
- Provide expert support of Maintenance such as providing technical assistance and analysing equipment downtime

About You
- 5+ years experience as Maintenance Manager
- Mechanical, electrical trade or engineering background
- Demonstrated strong people leadership skills
- Project management experience is a plus
- Strong ability to build effective internal and external working relationships at all levels
