The 2025 year sees the business expand its workforce and we are seeking a highly experienced Reliability Engineer with extensive Management experience to join our team in this newly created role based in WA.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager - Technical Support - you will be responsible for leading the Reliability Engineering team with a strong focus on enhancing asset reliability, optimising product performance, and reducing life cycle costs. This role takes a proactive, data-driven approach to identifying and addressing emerging and systemic issues, working closely with factory engineering teams to develop long-term solutions. Through trend analysis, predictive insights, and technical leadership, the role supports sustained machine performance and continuous improvement across the Liebherr Mining fleet.
