Join our HQ as an onboarding + Growth Assistant to support franchise partners.RoleGuide new franchise partners through onboarding, providing support and training for a successful start.Oversee documentation and compliance during onboarding.Coordinate and conduct training sessions on operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies.Build and maintain relationships with franchise partners, serving as their primary contact.Identify and implement improvements to the onboarding process.Monitor performance of new franchise partners and provide ongoing support.Attend online and face-to-face meetings, providing business coaching.Provide feedback to HQ on operational improvements.Ensure franchise consistency with brand and operational guidelines.Who Is This ForIndividuals residing in Australia with experience in administration, franchise, or business coaching.Open to interstate travel across Australia.University students studying Business, Management, or related fields.Remuneration$34 per hour + SUPERApplicationIf passionate about business and skilled in onboarding and supporting franchise partners, apply now to join us in making a positive impact through quality tutoring services
