About The Role
We are searching for a proactive and energetic Onboarding Assistant to join our Sydney Property Onboarding team and assist with managing our new and existing property portfolio on a day to day basis. The role is geared towards setting up new properties to ensure a high level of guest experience, as well as ensuring our internal teams are armed with all required data to service the properties.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Projects and Property Onboarding Team to complete daily tasks across our portfolio of new and existing properties
  • Administrative tasks including but not limited to: Capturing property information, Creating manuals, data entry, coordinating plans as required by the Projects Team
  • Property Preparation: including site visits, quality inspections, procurement and working with the design and Property Onboarding Team
  • Onsite tasks including: assisting the Property Onboarding team coordinate installations and property setup. Defect and maintenance reporting.
  • Working with the team to style and finesse new properties
  • Liaising and providing access to external contractors, stakeholders and clients when they require access to our properties
  • Warehouse and Inventory management
  • Reporting back and to the Projects, Property Onboarding and Operation Team regularly with any issues within our properties and ensuring they are dealt with promptly
  • There is also the possibility for domestic and international travel

What We Look For

  • Positive and energetic personality with a "let's get the job done" attitude
  • A background in hospitality or property preferred but not required
  • A proven track record of prioritising tasks in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive - at times working independently (under guidance from the Project Team) and therefore must be skilled in managing your own time.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to identify and convey critical information to your Supervisor
  • Intermediate Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and problem solve independently
  • Professional demeanour and strong ability to establish positive relationships with others
  • A willingness and enthusiasm to get your hands dirty and help the team out in any way possible
  • Motivated to adopt new and emerging technologies

Must haves

  • A valid Australian Driver licence is required
  • Full working rights in Australia
