The Camden Hotel is a well-loved, family-owned venue in Melbourne's inner southeast with deep community roots and a modern edge.
Our renovated venue features an upmarket restaurant, a buzzing sports bar, and versatile function spaces, serving locals since 1872.
We're now looking for aRestaurant Floor Managerto help lead our front-of-house team.

What the Role Involves
Running smooth and engaging front-of-house service across restaurant and bar areas
Coaching and supporting floor staff to build skills and confidence
Delivering consistent guest experiences with warmth and professionalism
Working closely with venue leaders to maintain high service standards
Contributing to team morale, staff development, and daily operations
What You'll Bring
Strong hospitality experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passion for customer service and a natural ability to lead by example
The ability to handle a busy floor with calm, control, and a good sense of humour
RSA certification (bar and cocktail experience is great, but not essential)
