Restaurant Management Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic restaurant manager to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring guests feel welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee floor management and maximize revenue
  • Lead and mentor the team, upholding high standards
  • Manage cash-outs, scheduling, and inventory
  • Collaborate with colleagues for a seamless experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years restaurant experience, preferably in high-volume environments
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
  • Attention to detail and passion for hospitality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and POS systems

Schedule & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, plus tips
  • Benefits include extended health & dental, paid vacation, staff meals, and discounts
