We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team at Zambri's, an award-winning Italian restaurant in Victoria. This full-time, salaried position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for mentorship and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure guests feel welcomed
- Oversee floor management and maximize revenue
- Lead and mentor the team, upholding Zambri's standards
- Manage cash-outs, scheduling, and inventory
- Collaborate with the General Manager and culinary team for a seamless experience
- Minimum 4 years restaurant experience, preferably in high-volume, casual fine dining
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Attention to detail and passion for hospitality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, email, and troubleshooting
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: manage floor/dinner service; Thursday: administrative day
- Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, plus tips
