We are seeking a strong educational leader to join our team at our Coogee Beach campus. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the campus with a focus on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Performance.
Manage campus operations, including staff supervision, resource allocation and strategic planning.
Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, growth and safety.
Lead and motivate staff to achieve high-quality care and education outcomes.
Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Educators to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in early childhood education and care. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality services to children and families, and committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
