  • As Campus Operations Leader, you will oversee the operational management of the campus, ensuring seamless delivery of services and activities.
  • You will lead a team and motivate staff to achieve quality outcomes, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Key responsibilities include delegated financial management, human resources, physical resources, student support services, and work health and safety.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent competence gained through education, training, and experience.
  • Proven ability to motivate and create a positive workplace culture.
  • Operational management skills, numeracy skills, resource planning, goal setting, and project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in business improvement activities and leading change processes.
