Regional Operations Lead

Seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee regional performance, drive commercial outcomes and develop campus directors across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in multi-site management, strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the National Quality Framework.

You will thrive in this role if you are able to coach, mentor and uplift leaders, build strong relationships with campus directors and drive strategic goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach and develop campus directors across multiple sites
  • Oversee operational performance, including occupancy, family experience, safety and compliance
  • Deliver commercial outcomes by optimising revenue and managing costs
  • Act as a conduit between campus teams and central support functions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading large teams and driving performance across multiple sites
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and influence P&L performance
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early learning compliance standards
  • Ability to coach, mentor and uplift leaders
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
