Overview

The role of Campus Manager plays a crucial part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our campuses run smoothly.

This position involves overseeing various aspects, including facilities, staff, and student services to maintain a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily campus operations, focusing on facilities, staff, and student support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, serving as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders.
  • Coach and support teams to achieve high-quality outcomes, managing validations and quality assurance processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for student enquiries, providing proactive support throughout the student lifecycle.
  • Manage student attendance, course progress, and wellbeing, reporting through relevant systems as required.
  • Develop engaging student events, orientations, and induction programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in an RTO or higher education/ELICOS environment, with strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in PRISMS, RTO Manager, and Moodle is essential.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multicultural staff and student cohorts, with fluency in English being essential and other languages highly regarded.
