Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Campus Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective clinical and operational management of our campus after business hours.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior management to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient services while coordinating day-to-day bed management and patient flow.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity based at St Vincent's Private Hospital Lismore campus, working 32-64 hours per fortnight.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Flexible and available to work after-hours shifts including evening, night, and weekend shifts
  • Demonstrated effective clinical leadership & management skills
  • Current Advanced Life Support certification
  • Minimum 5 years clinical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
